Today, let us speak up about: RELATIONSHIPS! Therapy For The Soul
Take a second: Close both of your eye lids and be still….notice how much better you can hear what surrounds you! Take a second: Close both of your ears…notice how much better you can see all around you! Take a second: Close your mouth before it speaks in vain…..notice how much better your heart beats for you! Take a second: Spread LOVE everywhere you go….notice how much better your soul feels shining through you! War
War isn’t just overseas! War is in our homes, war is between families, war is between friends, war is between our flesh and soul, war to survive every day, war to remain positive in a world of darkness, war to be healthy, war with ourselves! We have to stop being distracted with what the media wants us to focus on and start standing up for what’s ours! Let us Over stand
A dear friend once told me something along the lines of: The word “understand” is literally underestimating one’s intelligence! That definitely makes sense. The word ‘stand’ is the median between under and over if you will. If we ‘under’ stand, we only know enough just to get by. Do we dare to ‘Over’ stand? The English language is such a manipulated language. There are so many ways to explain one sentence. It’s probably the reason why lawyers, Insurance companies, banks, etc… get away with so much. Read between the lines. Study the definition of every word you read before signing any document. Eye for an I
I would take an eye for an I any day. Make sure eye see the naked truth for this I, to keep me sane. Blink….Blink…. What have we really missed?! Meanwhile, the real “eye” is taking snapshots down our memory lane. Trade your good in for their bad…half truth…. I’m telling you this is so sad! Grow up! Then, Wake up! Rewind… Vise Versa Trade your bad in for their good….too late… by this time they have you hooked! Survival tactics: “Do not bite the hand that feeds you”. What if I told you that food they’re feedin you is pure poison! “If you can’t beat them, then join them”. What if I told you their agenda is to get rid of you! Take these words to the core of your soul and shield yourself! Learn to eat healthy…no need to rely on meds! Don’t be quick to follow any lead. Research every question or concern you may have! The only I you need to watch out for is your own eye! Everything you see isn’t what it seems. Illusions are pretty deceiving. You see: I see…no really, EYE SEE! Speaking Up
Today, let us speak up about: OPEN CONVERSATIONS WITH OUR CHILDREN! 1. Home A. This is the best place to have open discussions about private topics. B. Parents, it is your responsibility to find answers to your children’s questions. (Before they find out in the real world) · Girl’s questions about the menstrual cycle. · Boy’s questions about their genital part. · Teen’s curiosity about sex. · How to keep up with their hygiene the proper way. · Let them be aware of every possible STD (Videos, books). · Children’s questions about giving birth. 2. Finance A. Our children do not learn too much about the “financial world” in school. B. Parents, it is your responsibility to teach your child (ren) how money works. · How credit/debit cards, check books, saving accounts, etc. work. · How to save (in every way possible). · What is necessary verses the unnecessary. · Investments. 3. Goals A. It is very important to keep up with your child’s short term/ long term goals. B. Parents, it is your responsibility to guide your children in the path that’s best for them. · It is crucial to be supportive of your child’s dreams and goals. · Discuss the pros of cons of the possible outcome of their goals. · Your child should set deadlines to challenge themselves for success. ** Please take the time to have these important factors discussed with your child (ren). It may seem easier for your child to learn from their classmates/ friends, but you are not sure where that discussion can lead to behind peer pressure. If you (the parent) do not have open discussions with your child; the results will be detrimental to both parties. ** Most parents are not open with their children due to the embarrassment of the topic. However, these topics are what help your child grow into an adult. Do not leave room for your child to find out answers elsewhere. Speaking Up

AuthorA new Blessing in my life has been revealed to me. This blessing is called wordsbyladyg.com. My very own blog site! I get ecstatic just thinking about it and where it can lead to. Unlike other blog sites, mine will give us all the opportunity to grow together in wisdom. Life teaches us a lot if we are willing to learn. The main objective is to spread as much love as I possibly can and to express my thoughts through my writings and pictures. My vision for my site is to eventually turn it into a movement that may change lives for the better. The amount of chaos this misguided world possesses comes from the lack of love given and/or received. The four lettered word 'love' is the exact potion to help heal wounds and open scars. Why not be a part of that movement?! My name, Ghadir, means sound of the stream that leads to a river. I believe it fits me well, because I want to be the voice (sound) of love (the stream) that leads to masses of people (the river). This journey will also give Janelle and Jacob (my children) the true meaning of love. I want to instill the important factors of life in them leading by example. My heart and soul are prepared to hold your hands. Let us create the chain of warriors (strong, wise, and humble), instead of the chains created by politics and religion shackling us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually every day generation upon generation. Words are very powerful; therefore, please allow mine to speak volumes to your souls! Categories |
