Nicole “Niqui Love” Lovince

Nicole "Niqui Love" Lovince was born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana. From a tender age she caught the entertainment bug. Performing at venues and events all over the city such as Gallier Hall and Jazzfest, she was introduced to performance through her academic circle.  So it comes as no surprise that Lovince has such a budding career in the entertainment industry.

Lovince attended such historical schools as St. Leo the Great, Marian Central Catholic Middle School, and St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She began her freshman year of college in the fall of 2005 at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she received a TOPS scholarship. Following the aftermath of hurricane Katrina Lovince decided that she needed a change and applied to Bowling Green State University located in Bowling Green, Ohio. Here she received a full academic scholarship. During her time at Bowling Green Lovince fully embraced her talents and interest in the entertainment community. Participating in any activity that would allow her to stretch and utilize her skills. She studied under knowledgeable professors such as Jose Cardenas, a Cinematographer on Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and Battlestar Glactica.  At the age of 21 Lovince earned a Cum Laude B.A. in Film Production and a minor in Telecommunications.

Upon completion of Lovince’s degree life took a slight turn towards a career in education and she began teaching CGI animation in a New Orleans charter school, Algiers Technology Academy. At the same time she was actively pursuing her acting, hosting, and modeling career. After a year of teaching Lovince knew it was time to pursue her passions full time and has been doing so ever since.

Over the years she has acquired such credits as: an official host at Essence Music Festival 2010 & 2011, the role of “Nikki’s Friend” in the MTV Movie Worst Prom Ever, an assistant casting director on T.D. Jakes film On the Seventh Day, and the role of “Kori” in the recently released Universal Studios film Pitch Perfect to name a few.

Upcoming projects: the role of “Tamara” in feature film Pawn Shop Chronicles, the role of “Justine” in feature film Blackbird, the role of “Rachel” in the hit nominated web series Girlplay and her first independently co-produced, co-written, and starring role in short film

Liv-N-Faith.
