Carla Maria A. Cadotte
A NPC National Level Figure Athlete and NSCA and NPTI certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant based out of Los Angeles, CA. Who has been an athlete since childhood, competed in various sports from swimming to cross-country, track and field, powerlifting, and now bodybuilding in the Women's Figure division. "I have always had a passion for fitness", said Carla and became a certified trainer in 2006 while studying Business and Marketing at the California State University of Fullerton was a personal goal. She has dedicated her life to helping other's meet their fitness goals and now works as an independent personal trainer, nutrition coach, online trainer, and competition preparation coach.
In addition to fitness, Carla also volunteers her time to public speaking and community service for Battered Women's shelters, AA and NA meetings, and public speaking for Sexual Abuse survivors. Being a sexual abuse survivor, and having been in recovery for narcotics and substance abuse, she is proud to say that she going on 4 years of sobriety and dedicate as much of my spare time as possible to provide support, motivation, and inspiration to others that have and are dealing with similar challenges that she grew up with. She hopes that someday all who have heard her story would aid her in building a charitable foundations to provide resources to others that have struggled with the same hardships as her; and to provide hope and access to the resources needed to assist in their healing, regardless of their income or social status. |
