Growing up, have always been the active sort of child with his first exposure to a disciplined workout being in Judo. By high school, he participated in varsity sports such as football, wrestling, volleyball, lacrosse, track and field, and powerlifting just to name a few. Moved onto two years of Division 1AA collegiate football at Jacksonville University. Life is a sport and in order to keep yourself on the right path to success you must constantly and continuously seek to become a titan to your former self. Keep growing, keep getting better, stay sharp, and keep your life functional!!

Divinely inspired and built to be pushed, it can withstand immeasurable loads and do
magnificent things. The only true obstacle to your progress is YOU!!!Everyday you wake up with a myriad of things you must do in order to sustain your life as it relates to bills, home, family, and or relationships. The discipline required to do this is one that should not be overlooked, but in doing so you must also acknowledge areas within your network that require operational efficiency. This area I am referring to that requires optimization is your HEALTH!!! What is the purpose of being wealthy or financially balanced when your body is in a catatonic
state that does NOTHING for you but promote the onset of diseases, disorders, and system corroding ailments?
Here are the facts!! We are blessed with one body. The body adapts according to the stimulus (activity/non-activity) and sources of energy (food/emotions/stress) presented to it. Keeping things real basic and not going
into the complicated interplay of energy (cellular, muscular, life sustaining etc),
nervous, muscular, and immune systems; A BODY THAT IS NOT ACTIVE AND RIDDLED WITH A HORRIBLE DIET WILL NOT LIVE LONG!! Science and research have
proven this to be true by as much as 7-8 years cut out of an individual’s life. All it takes is 30 minutes of your day three times a week to begin your transformation. Ask yourself what’s stopping? Do you spend 30 minutes doing something less productive and beneficial to YOUR health? Be accountable to
and for yourself! Be rid of this defeated mentality, respect your body. Your mind and soul will thank you for it.
